The packaging was great I loved it The hose did not fit however and I hate that happen I had ordered the Swiss Madison toilet touchless way last year and when I start to work on it it seemed like nothing didn't work in it I thought I was going to have to return it but I do love the toilet I love the fact that it's touchless and I ordered 100 batteries AAAs so that when those run out of have some more to replace it and that's for the toilet thank you so much for being so kind and getting back with me in a decent amount of time thank you Swiss Madison company and employees you have been kind and very sweet and very professional thank you so much from Christi Lewis, that would be nice to have the coupon to buy something else from Swiss Madison but I really have the money back thank you
