Creative Project Manager

The Creative Project Manager is responsible for the design process and creative strategy for the company while maintaining and creating brand identity and consistency. This position requires creating an excellent experience for customers and other parties who view Swiss Madison products. Additionally, this position requires cross functional collaboration to ensure proper product information, photos, and launches can occur seamlessly.

 

Role Responsibilities:

  • Project Management

    • Work with creative team to define the scope of work
    • Manage creative teams schedules and workflows
    • Ensuring all projects are completed on time and within budget
    • Develop and maintain all project deliverables including budgets and project plans
    • Responsible for scoping new projects
    • Help identify and establish new processes that increase efficiency

     

  • Product photos

    • Coordinate with studios and artists
    • Shot lists
    • Approval of finals
    • Product setting shots
    • Collections
    • Ensuring brand and collection consistency

     

  • Manage content team

    • Approve and organize content - All product technical content
    • Provide overall direction for daily tasks and projects to the content team

     

  • Approve launches

    • Names
    • SKU’s
    • Manuals
    • Copywriting

     

  • Website Design Management

    • UX Design
    • Managing developer and large projects
    • Overall aesthetics of site
    • Conscious acknowledgment of SEO and psychology of customer

     

  • All other tasks

    • Collaborate with Product Development
    • Moving content: photo and video
    • Spec book and catalog
    • Create SOPs for brand guidelines
    • AD-HOC Projects - Projects related to creative or visuals in the company
    • All other duties as assigned

     

    Required Qualifications:

    • Strategic, creative, and innovative thinker
    • Strong communication skills
    • Proven ability to work cross functionally
    • Experience managing a brand across multiple platforms
    • Project management experience
    • Adobe (Photoshop, illustrator, and InDesign)
    • Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)
    • Lighting knowledge

       

      Preferred Qualifications:

      • Experience in the Home Improvement or Bathroom Industries
      • Interior design experience is a huge plus!

         

         

         

         

        Customer Service Representative

        The Customer Service Representative is responsible for the first impression of the company for Customers. This position requires creating an excellent experience for customers through professionalism, hospitality, and courtesy. Additionally, this position requires organization, multi-tasking, and computer skills.

         

        Role Responsibilities:

        • Answering incoming phone calls from customers relating to product inquiries, shipment confirmations, product installation questions
        • Order entry assistance
        • Assist customers through email and supplier channels
        • Perform miscellaneous tasks/projects by the Customer Service Manager
        • Complete all tickets in assigned box before end of day
        • Provide detailed follow-up date and times for responding to customers
        • Check all pending tickets in assigned bucket – use discretion to follow up with the customer
        • All other duties as assigned

         

        Required Qualifications:

        • Must have experience providing customer service via phone, email, and ticketing system. 
        • Strong communication skills
        • Ability to multi-task
        • Possess an understanding and ability to demonstrate hospitality to all customers
        • Patience, tact, cheerful disposition, and enthusiasm always
        • Basic computer and date entry skills
        • Comfortable using a computer and CRM systems at a fast pace

         

        Preferred Qualifications:

        • Experience in the Kitchen/Bathroom industry a strong plus!
        • Experience with Amazon, Home Depot, Wayfair, Lowes, Walmart
        • Sellercloud Warehouse Management Software
        • Helpscout Customer Service Software
