Open Positions 

Warehouse Floor Supervisor - Georgia

The Warehouse Floor Supervisor is responsible for assisting the Warehouse Manager with managing all incoming and outgoing shipments for the company. This position requires being knowledgeable in all departments within the warehouse. Additionally, this position requires cross functional collaboration to ensure proper receiving and delivery of all products.

 

Role Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Warehouse Manager
  • Consistently working on the floor with the teams to ensure all operations are being completed properly
  • Major daily focus on picking and shipping due to volume to ensure that all shipments are completed timely
  • Frequent check ins with department leads to ensure that everything is running smoothly and assists with greatest bottleneck of the day
  • Train all new warehouse associates
  • Communicate temporary staffing agency needs to warehouse manager as needed
  • Enforce company policies and standards with associates
  • Maintain associate’s workplace safety and health regulations
  • Ensure products are stored in an organized manner upon receiving
  • Ensure accessibility to all products being stored in the warehouse
  • Ensure products are being stored in appropriate sections upon receiving
  • Ensure products are being received and scanned correctly and in a timely manner
  • Ensure teams are following all company workflows and systems set up to keep to goals
  • Ensure proper protocols are followed for shipping and receiving staff to ensure product is not damaged
  • Maintain all machines in warehouse to ensure seamless operations – have a monthly/weekly/yearly preventative maintenance schedule
  • Address logistical issues and respond appropriately
  • Communicate with the order processing team for any issues that will delay shipments
  • All other duties as assigned

 

Qualifications/Skills/Education Requirements::

  • Strategic, creative, and innovative thinker
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience managing a team
  • Proficient knowledge of inventory and inventory controls
  • Ability to operate a forklift effectively 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the Kitchen/Bathroom industry a strong plus!
  • Ability to work on Sunday's as needed.

Product Information Manager

The Product Information Manager is responsible for maintaining product information and data consistency, ensuring that all product information is accurate throughout the product lifecycle. This position requires excellent understanding of data administration and management functions. Additionally, this position requires cross functional collaboration to ensure proper product information, specifications, images, and descriptions are received from product launches to organizing the data internally and sharing it to third parties to all occur seamlessly.

 

Role Responsibilities:

  • Well versed in Product Information Management (PIM) systems.
  • Take full ownership of the functional and technical responsibility for the Swiss Madison PIM system (Salsify) by understanding the fundamentals and what is needed to manage the catalog and ensure data accuracy and completion.
  • Create and optimize data concepts and data processes.
  • Implement data standards over the product life cycle.
  • Responsible for the data model, data processes and the import and export channels in the PIM system.
  • Monitor and ensure data quality and coordinate the flow of data between all parties and systems involved.
  • Work closely with Product Development, external vendors, and internal Marketplace Managers to create appropriate models to distribute product content to third parties primarily all major e-commerce channels.
  • Understand operational challenges and provide thought leadership in addressing issues.
  • Enable data driven culture with ease of access and usage.
  • Collaborate and determine with leadership to understand future requirements and direction of the business to chart out data strategy. With a keen understanding of how all workflows effect each other.
  • Provide support for PIM requests from internal team members.
  • Organize internal training courses and create training materials for users.
  • Develop, maintain, and manage the standard operating procedures and work instructions, including continuous improvement reviews and updates.
  • Manage multi-format source files for a single target use.
  • Lead and manage the data team.
  • Serve as the expert of all online marketplace platforms with product listings.
  • Ensure that all updates and edits to listings are completed in a timely manner.
  • Monitor online platforms and databases to ensure accurate product listings are being maintained.
  • Opening tickets within vendor portals to correct identified issues within online listings.
  • Management of the Shopify account to ensure correct product information is shown on the site and within search engine search results.
  • Assist with data projects as needed.
  • All other duties as assigned.

  • E-Commerce experience required.
  • Superior excel skills
